Dirk Owerfeldt: Board member of the Tibethaus Foundation and a successful serial entrepreneur. He reincarnated in 1969 in West Germany, won as “Computer Wunderkind” several programming contests and founded his 1st company at the age of 18. He studied Computer Science, lived in Munich, Berlin, Los Angeles, Amsterdam and Spain and turned towards charitable projects and impact investments after his exit in 2020. Besides that, he is a dedicated water man (kite, surf, foil, SUP, sailing) and zen mystic.
Namri Dagyab: Board member of the Tibethaus Foundation and a dedicated supporter of Tibetan education, health, and governance. Born into a Tibetan-German heritage, he holds a PhD in linguistics, an MSc in Economics, and has a background in media, marketing, and product management. In the field of renewable energy financing, he worked on large-scale solar parks, contributing to the transition toward sustainable energy solutions. As a lifelong learner and strategist, he is committed to shaping New Tibet as a pioneering network state. In his free time, he enjoys baking sourdough bread and listening to podcasts while running—always seeking new ideas at the intersection of culture, technology, and society.
Alex Jupiter: Has a background in founding startups and engineering, having started to work on network state/digital nation concepts in 2016 with the Democracy.Earth foundation. Since then, he’s led product teams for startups in the areas of social networks, AI, and blockchain; while also completing two master’s degrees in political science related disciplines. From 2022-2025 he led product initiatives at MetaMask, which is the world’s most popular cryptocurrency wallet. He’s now focused on building a blockchain for banks with Rayls, while in his free time also helping to realise the founding visions of Ethereum and network states through working with the Tibetan community.
